Connect with clients via video calls—where you can see them and they can see you. 

After all, you’ve got some important ground to cover during this live interaction. 

You’ve got to set proper expectations…

Collect all the usernames and passwords you need…

And outline your plan for the next couple of months. 

Now, to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks…

Have a script and checklist in place, especially if you won’t personally do the launch call. 

In doing so, you’ll guarantee that every launch call is executed flawlessly…

Regardless of which team member handles it. 

Here’s a sample call flow you could adapt and adjust to make it your own: 

Step 1: Introduce the call and set a positive tone

Step 2: Discuss initial steps and set proper expectations

Step 3: Share the vision and the journey ahead

Step 4: Address potential concerns or frustrations the client might encounter

Step 5: Offer solutions and action steps to counter those concerns

With your two-week marketing sequence and well-structured launch call…

You could set the foundation for strong client relationships from the beginning.
