What’s up guys? Hope you’re doing awesome. I just wanted to shoot this quick video, one of the questions I get often is, and how do you get it all done, right? There’s so much to do when we’re running digital marketing agencies, and we’re trying to help and we’re trying to grow our team. We get busy right landing clients delivering results, working with the clients to retain them, making sure that work actually gets done, dealing with the team, managing the team, keeping them active. And in my particular environment, I run our agency seven figure agency, plumbing and HVAC SEO, which is the actual business we run. That’s got 30 full time employees on and does almost $5 million per year. And then I also run the seven figure agency coaching business, which now we’re working with several hundred digital marketing agencies helping them grow, and scale. And people would love it. They’re like, man, I see you putting out video I see your businesses continuing to grow. How do you get it all done? I think there’s a couple very simple keys, the first thing is, you got to understand you can’t do it all yourself, right as the entrepreneur, your responsibility is to be the visionary, right? And really, in a lot of cases to the person driving the business forward, can they get about what are the goals, what are the targets, what has to get done to get there, and then as quickly as possible, you have to hand things off, right, you have to put people and systems and procedures in place. So that the stuff gets done. So just as an example. We just took all of the all of the content from the seven figure agency intensive. And all of it got loaded into the members area, all of it got kind of categorized correctly, email blasts went out. And if I was doing all that myself, it would take me weeks and weeks of my personal time to do it. But because we’ve got some systems, we’ve got some procedures, and we’ve got trained team members that know how to do that, they can take that content, and they can they can run with it. And the same thing in our agency, we’ve landed six new clients so far this month, my main purpose in that was to put out good content to position ourselves to put ourselves in front of the right prospects with the right marketing, the rest of it is handled right when the lead comes in, salesperson takes the call takes them through a consultative sales process follows up closes the deal gets handed off off to the launch coordinator who captures all the details, make sure that we kick things off for that client well, and then the rest of the team fulfills, right build the website, write the content, get the website ranked. And so a couple good books on this front, the E myth revisited a great foundational book on you know, how do you make sure that you’re, you’re running a business and you don’t just have a job? So the answer the question is how you get it all done. Get clear on the things you’re best at, put systems in place and get clear on like, here are the things that have to get done. And then as quickly as possible in every area of the business. remove yourself from the day to day, remove yourself from the bottleneck. And what that does is it frees you up to do what you do best and to have time to do what you enjoy, right to get all of it done. But at the same time be able to spend time with the kids be out in nature and and make sure that you’re enjoying yourself, right because there’s no point in making a lot of money and having a lot of success if you don’t have the freedom and the flexibility to do what you want to do and to spend it with the people you want to spend it with.
