So, what are those areas you need to put in the work?
On a daily basis…
You and your team need to do some type of cold outreach.
This means getting a list of the prospects in your industry…
And connecting with them to try and make an offer.
On a weekly basis…
You or someone on your team should be pushing out content.
In my team, I call it the content engine.
Here, you put out value-adding content on your social profiles and on email.
This way, you can position yourself as the go-to expert.
And finally, on a monthly basis…
You should be rolling out anchor content.
This is a bigger content piece that doesn’t just build authority but also generates leads for your agency.
In my case, I am a big fan of the webinar method.
I release webinars monthly so that prospects and clients can see the value in the work that we do in our agency.
And that’s pretty much it.
These are activities you need to do consistently to fill your funnel up with the right people for your agency.

Why does this even matter?

After all, that means you have to compete based on affordability or novelty…
Which aren’t sustainable ways of doing business.
