In fact, I’ve witnessed many agencies stagnate because they can’t seem to get this dialed in.

I’m sure you don’t want that to happen.

But how many strategy sessions should you do?

Well, I found that with most agencies, regardless if you’re already at seven figures…

…you need to be shooting for at least 15 strategy sessions per month minimum.


Because if you’re not getting at least 15 qualified appointments with prospects in your niche…

It’ll be hard to keep your agency in a constant state of momentum.

You won’t have enough people coming in to get your services and keep your agency going.

In other words…

It’ll be a lot harder to achieve your agency’s goals.

So, make sure you log 15 completed strategy sessions a month.

You can set this as the minimum benchmark for your agency.

If you’ve got a bigger agency or you need (and can) shoot for more strategy sessions…

That’s all well and good—make it happen.

But if not…

Gather your team and, together, think of a way to hit at least 15 strategy sessions a month.
