If you’re tired of chasing prospects for your agency…
And if you’re only relying on cold outreach, networking, and referrals…
Then you need a more systematic approach to gaining new clients.
What I found effective is called The Ultimate Agency Funnel.
With this funnel, you get leads to schedule on your calendar already prepositioned to buy.
This funnel even works with any digital agency in a niche-focused environment.
And the best part?
It only involves 3 steps:
#1. Get prospects to opt in.
You want prospects to schedule an appointment, right?
But, you also need to make sure that you have a process that will convert them.
This is where having opt-ins come in.
For instance, after somebody requests your lead magnet…
Don’t just take them straight to a landing page where they can download it.
Instead, offer them a shortcut first…
Like a video explaining the key concepts involved in your lead magnet.
#2. Follow up on all fronts.
I see a lot of agencies with funnels for their lead magnets that work like this:
When somebody opts in, they send the confirmation email.
That email would say, “Hey, here’s the lead magnet.”
Then… That’s it!
But that’s not enough to convert them.
What you want to do is have a follow-up sequence where you get in touch with your prospects several times.
Ideally, you send them follow-ups at least 7-10 times over the next four weeks.
That will move them from interested to the next step: scheduling.
#3. Have a process where somebody can schedule.
There are tools like Calendly where your prospects can easily book a schedule.
But what’s even better is having a dedicated page for scheduling.
In that page, you would basically say:
“Hey, I’d like to offer you a complimentary strategy session. We’ll look at your online marketing strategy and see what can be improved.”
The goal here is to sell prospects on why they need to schedule an appointment with you.
That’s how simple The Ultimate Agency Funnel is.
And when you incorporate it into your agency…
You’ll be converting more prospects in no time.
