A few things to review check:

  • Sales & Retention tracking sheet. How are you doing to this point in the year? On Track or Off Track for the Quarter / Year?
  • Strategy Tracking Dashboard. How many strategy sessions did you conduct? What was your close ratio?

Refocus your efforts:

  • What is the new client growth target for the month? Put it up in big letters somewhere in front of you.
  • How many strategy sessions will you need to hit that target. (New Client Target / Close Ratio) What will you do to setup those opportunities?
  • 10 Prospects through the Value Video 10X10
  • eMail Blast to the prospect list offering help
  • Fully promoted webinar to the list?
  • Podcast Interviews?
  • FB Ads campaign?
