Look at the numbers. 

Which clients, services, or tasks yield the greatest outcomes? 

Analyze trends with the help of tools like your CRM or project management software.

#2. Cut the Noise

Delegate or eliminate low-impact tasks. 

If something consumes a lot of time without tangible returns, it might be time to let it go.

#3. Double Down

Once you’ve identified your 20%, invest more time, energy, and resources into these areas.

Build systems to support them and make scaling easier.

Example…

If you find that SEO campaigns consistently deliver the highest ROI for your clients…

Systematize that process. 

Create SOPs, optimize workflows, and train your team to ensure consistent SEO results.

Similarly, if a small group of clients provides the lion’s share of revenue…
