These agency owners aren’t necessarily smarter or more experienced.

Instead, they’re surrounded by people who talk differently.

Those who talk about strategy, not survival…

Impact, not just income…

And what’s next, not just what’s wrong.

#1. Audit your circle.

Who do you talk to most often? 

See if the conversations you have with them pull you forward or keep you stuck.

#2. Find your next room.

Look for spaces where the questions being asked are bigger than the answers you currently have. 

That’s where growth happens.

#3. Bring better questions.

When you show up in those rooms, don’t just take it all in.

Contribute. 

Ask things that open discussion and challenge assumptions.

Remember this:

Every level of growth as an agency owner comes with a new language.
