The Seven Figure Agency Roadmap LIVE is this Thursday & Friday (9AM – 5PM ET). Here is how you can make sure you are prepared to get the MOST out of the event.
1. Make sure you’ve got the workbook (digital or hard copy). If you are going digital, consider downloading it onto your iPad using an App like Notability so you can write directly on the device & retain your digital notes.
2. Completely block the time on your calendar. You’ll want to give this your undivided attention both days. Don’t let any last-minute meetings/errands creep into your schedule.
3. Let the team/family know that you will be completely out of the loop during these two days and not interrupt you under any circumstances.
4. Set aside a clean/quiet place where you will be able to focus & engage. Consider renting a private room at a hotel or conference center if needed.
5. Invite your team members & partners. You’ll want to get your whole team on the same page so make sure they plug into this process with you.
6. Do a tech check. Make sure you have the latest version of ZOOM installed, a working webcam & mic. The built-in technology should be just fine…but double confirm that it’s all working correctly.
7. Pre-plan food, snack & what you’ll eat during the two days.
8. Spend some time getting clear on where you sit in your agency currently, what your goals are / where you are committed to go & the obstacles that are currently slowing you down / holding you back.
9. Get some rest & get mentally prepared for an amazing & game-changing 2 Days.
