And, more importantly, make it clear you’re always working on their behalf. 

Even if they can’t meet with you, they’ll appreciate the effort and stay engaged.

A personalized video message can convey much more than a standard email…

Effective communication doesn’t just stop at regular touchpoints. 

Make sure you’re responsive to client inquiries…

And proactive in addressing potential issues.

If a client reaches out with a concern, address it promptly.
