KEY TO MASTERMIND
Structure
Without a strong structure Mastermind groups tend to devolve into social gatherings or simply fade away. The structure ensures equal contribution and participation as well as maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Commitment
The group must take priority in your life or you may as well not bother. Make this a priority and your life can literally transform. It is easy to let this, like other commitments in our life slide—with the same undesirable consequences. Reduced trust in self and others. Less results and progress on goals that are important to you. Far less proactive support for your dreams.
People
The synergy created between like-minded people who are committed to growing, evolving and manifesting for themselves and others can catalyze everyone involved to new heights of achievement. Different perspectives can serve to ensure that people are seeing all sides of the equation. However, people who are too dissimilar can struggle to find common ground and bring discord to the group.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS AND HOMEWORK
Attend the Monthly Zoom Mastermind Session
Be at a computer with your webcam on so you can give the session your undivided attention. From time to time, this may not be possible. Just know the best results are when you are in a quiet uninterrupted environment for the session.

THE GROUND RULES
Attendance is Essential
You can’t get support or support the other members of the group if you do not attend. Make the meetings a priority! If you miss more than 2 meetings within a quarter you will be asked to leave the group. If you miss 3 meetings during the year, you will be asked to leave the group.
Progress
Your numbers MUST Improve every quarter.
Contribution
Come to the meetings with the intention to give and share openly and not just to take.
Participation
Participate in the FaceBook Group and share monthly.
No Poaching
This goes without saying in a group like this but any proactive poaching of team members or clients is strictly prohibited. There are times where a client or team member may naturally transition to another member but proactive targeting or recruiting is grounds for immediate removal from the group.
Transparency and Honesty
We will be working as a group to support one another. As a function of that we will be sharing our true numbers (# of Strategy Sessions, # of new clients, Monthly Revenue, Profit & # of Free Days). Be willing to share & be honest.
Friendly Competition
There is a fine line between friendly competition and fierce rivalry. Remember, we’re all on the same team! Let’s keep it fun, friendly and competitive.
Reminder, you can include one additional business partner in the Mastermind.
We will be openly sharing information in these groups, and often discussions around personnel come up. If adding this person changes your behavior in any way, they should not be added to the group.
You must regularly share your dreams, goals, and finances with this person. Otherwise, they should not be invited to the group.
Just know, the power of the Mastermind is in being open and honest.
We have found that at this level, your TEAM needs a place to plugin & compare notes with other successful agencies so we set up the A-Players Mastermind. This will be a place where your key team members – Integrator / Operations Manager, Account Management & Sales Team can plugin with others in roles just like theirs.
