If your agency is going to grow, you have to land new clients consistently. That’s why we shop for 5–6 new clients a month. If you land 3–5 new clients, you can grow to seven figures in 12–24 months—even with a little bit of churn. The key? One thing.
Consistency. You have to consistently prospect and get sales opportunities and strategy session appointments monthly. How do you change that? Get an additional pair of hands. You need someone to develop a list, send out the cold outreach, and upload videos. When you have that person, the activity happens.
Your focus becomes handling the strategy sessions and getting new clients on board and serving the clients that you get. Get a virtual assistant that’s $1,500–$2,000 a month as your extra pair of hands. They can create that level of momentum. That person might be the game-changer you need.
