How do you stay productive? In this video, I share a look at a typical day for me.
I usually wake up around 5 am and start my day by grabbing a bulletproof coffee (with a dash of cinnamon). Then I head to workout with my personal trainer for about 45 minutes. I take a quick shower and am out the door to take the kids to school at 7:30.
Around 8:30, when I’m settling in at my desk and ready to dive into my day, the first thing I do is look at my top three things for the week. Then I look at my calendar and map out my to-do list for the day (using Evernote, of course). At the beginning of the week, I like to batch 5 videos that I’ll syndicate to my blog, Facebook page, Facebook groups, etc. I let my team take the videos, edit them, and get them loaded on YouTube.
One of the things I’m working on is a session coming up to help Seven Figure Agency members choose their business model. Do they want to build an internal team? Or use a third-party white label provider for things like building websites, SEO, PPC, and content? We talk about how much it costs, weigh the pros and the cons, and talk profitability, etc. So I’m doing some prep work for that.
I also have a webinar coming up for Plumbing & HVAC SEO to keep us at the forefront. It will be around how to set up your website for maximum conversion. So I’m working on the promo campaign for that (emails, registration page, thank you page, etc.). Then I have a meeting with our copywriter to review the sequences.
