The Client Attraction Method funnel
You need a process where prospects are exposed to your value, schedule an appointment, and come in pre-positioned to buy. Secondly, you need to build authority. If someone doesn’t see you as an expert in their niche, you will struggle with resistance. Lastly, you need the process to get people in the funnel consistently. Where’s the deficiency in your model?
The Client Attraction Method™ funnel
Your funnel needs:
Lead magnet: What is interesting enough to the prospect for them to request the info?
Appointment funnel: Where they pick a time on your calendar and show up pre-positioned to buy.
Lead nurture: You need communication in place to nurture a prospect and develop know, like, and trust.
How to position yourself as the authority in your niche
Everyone wants to do business with experts in their field. So what can you do to amplify your authority? You can start doing podcasts and webinars.
I like to do a monthly webinar on a specific topic in my niche. I let my email list know the webinar is happening, record it live, and syndicate it. That one activity helps me remain top-of-mind with prospects. It creates an amazing library of inbound content that will be repurposed on YouTube, podcasts, SlideShare, blog posts, and social media.
I also do a monthly podcast. People like to listen to information in their downtime. What’s the best format for podcasting? I use two methods:
Take webinar content and make it a podcast episode
Interview an expert in the industry/niche
You can have a continuous stream of people in your niche that are excited to share their stories that your prospects will find extremely interesting.
If you did one webinar and podcast episode per month, it leads to a consistent stream of new content to position you as an authority.
But one of the most powerful things you can do to develop authority is to build case studies. Case studies are the actual success stories of the people you’ve worked with. You can share who the client is, where they started, and demonstrate the results you’ve generated for them. Always document your success stories.
Why does any of this matter? Because people will pay top-dollar to work with the experts. What else can you do to build authority? Listen to find out!
How to keep traffic flowing to your business
You need a steady flow of traffic to your business. There are three things I do to constantly attract clients:
Cold outreach: You need a list of names and contact information of prospects you want to do business with. Every time you roll out a case study, webinar, or podcast you can email it to them. That “cold” group will begin to know, like, and trust you.
Run ads: Run ads to get your message in front of your ideal prospect. We run Facebook ads to a targeted niche and offer them a lead magnet to get them in our lead funnel. Then we set up a long-term nurture sequence.
Joint ventures and associations: Find people who are selling to your ideal clients and have relationships. Align with them and offer to share value with their clients. Make it a win-win situation. You’re one joint venture away from a seven-figure agency.
Why are associations an untapped resource? I share why leveraging associations can be a game changer. Listen to the whole episode!

I started my local internet marketing agency in 2011. We started with ZERO clients and ZERO revenue. Now, we bill $425,000 per month ($4.5 Million per year), and grow every month.
There are three keys to that kind of digital agency growth:
► Choose a niche and focus intensely on serving it.
► Position yourself as THE expert in that niche.
► Serve your niche clients better than any competitor can.
In fact, our business is growing so consistently that we have awards to prove it. We have made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing US companies four years in a row—2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
