I’m curious. How often do you create video content?

The reason I asked is that if you’re not consistently putting out high-quality video content, there’s a high chance you’ll struggle to build authority. And this could lead to low positioning and low organic momentum for your agency.

Now, you may think that consistently creating excellent video content is difficult, or you don’t think you’ll have enough time to do so.

But there’s no need to panic!

Because today, I’m going to share two tips that will help you get better at video content creation. You’ll become a prolific content creator and help your agency become the leader in your market, with new clients coming to you every week.

Tip #1 – Come up with topics in advance

Let’s say you schedule a window to brainstorm and shoot a video.

But on the day itself, you can’t come up with a good topic.

What do you do?

If you’re like many others, you probably either waste time or abandon the video.

That’s not going to happen if you come up with topics in advance. Because on the shooting day, you just have to show up and make the video.

Tip #2 – Shoot videos in batches

This is something that helped me move into a consistent momentum with videos. 

Why?

Let’s say you record a video on Monday and plan to do another one the next day. But Tuesday ended up being a busy day for you. You’re pressed for time and can’t find five minutes to do your video.

Maybe the next day is the same… and you soon abandon the idea.

Now, compare that to shooting videos in batches.

You can allocate a block of time once per week and spend an hour or two to shoot five videos.

It will be easy because you already have your topics. And, whatever happens, the rest of the week won’t cut into your content creation time.

It may not seem like much, but these two habits are the building blocks of a powerful video creation framework. 

Do these things consistently and you’ll get better at turning up high-quality content for your agency.
