If, in your quarterly review, you notice a retention rate of 6-8% or higher…

Take a step back to evaluate your agency’s sales process…

And account management practices.

Identify areas for improvement.

#2. When to Pause Sales for Reingineering

Now, if your churn rate exceeds 10% per month…

It’s time to hit the pause button on sales activities.

See, a retention rate below 90% indicates significant churn.

And this can hinder your agency's growth and momentum.

Take this opportunity to reevaluate.

Look at your niche, service offerings, and client management processes.

Identify the root causes of churn…

And implement corrective measures to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

#3: Client Success Tracking Board

Implement a visual tracking system.
